The Scottish Perinatal Network (SPN) is the umbrella for the National Maternity Network and the National Neonatal Network. It includes senior managers, clinicians, nurses, scientists and patient representatives. Clinical Leadership is provided by neonatal, obstetric and midwifery Lead Clinicians. The SPN Network Programme Team is hosted by NHS National Services Scotland, the commissioners of national strategic networks on behalf of NHSScotland and Scottish Government.
